I'm embarrassed because I will not seem as needy as mosty, And I know all in all I'm a very lucky person. but I need help. I think I've dug myself and my wife in to deep of an hole this time. I've been working the same place for 15 years now my wife has been with the same job 5. I am 31 she is 26. we were buying a home and about a year ago decided to buy a new home when we came across an opportunity. we found an old building downtown for an inexpensive price. so we bought it before selling our other home. @ the time we knew somewhat how real estate worked for residential but not for the property we bought which was bussiness residential. We had made plans to make this our new home with room for a bussiness to rent out down stairs. In our budget we budgeted for what we knew things cost for residential. In reality bussiness residential is nearly half of that. So now here we are with a house rented out while we stay with family. the house we rented only pays the mortgage and we have a renivated home that is lacking interior doors a few replacement windows tile installed for the baths , central heating and air, final hook ups for plumbing and electricity. we are short 30,000 with us doing most of the final work. we have already used bank loans, credit cards and sold our stock and retirement funds. I don't know what else to do. I've left my address on sites like myspace facebook and twitter asking for people that could offer services, prayers, gift cards for like lowes or home depot or cash. I don't really want a hand out but I'm at my ropes end. If you'd like to help please contacte me at

Just a head up out there are options out that can you. Just require a lot of research and patients. I have been behind my credit cards and you I am not worried because of information that I find thru research. Just remember whats important to you. That is family comes first and no one can  take that away from you. If you have ideas about credit cards relief or want some advice that found thru research please me know. Good luck to all . My name is Brandi, I have a beautiful 2 yr old daughter, and take care of my 64 yr  old mother. I recently got laid off my job of five years, and have fallen behind in my rent. I am on the border of eviction. The amount I owe is about 1,056.00 now...and going higher everyday with late fees. I have tried everything I can, they wont take any partial payments, and I'm scared to lose my home. I have reached out everywhere I can for help, with no luck. I tried this site called modest needs, I thought they would help but people have to donate, and then add points to my application. I'm afraid I'll run out of time before they can help. I know I'm new to this site, but If anyone can help me or know of something I can do I would be forever greatful, and do my  best to pay it forward...love and blessings to you all.    My name is Ashley.  I found out  one week before my 26th birthday that I had new life inside of me.  This frightened me alot.  I told the father and he bowed out of the duty.  I want  the child that     is growing inside of me.  I am afraid I don't have the resources to support the new life.  I have applied for a pell grant to get into school for nursing, to support myself and my child.  My problem is I have no place to call my own, and no money to find a place right now.  I am interested in finding out what options I have, and what kind of help I may be able to recieve.  Please help!
